December started off pretty slow for us, as the weather was very mild, compared to our normal Wisconsin winters. The twins born in October are doing well and still growing tremendously. Our new winter set up this year is working great, having our side room in our barn fixed up by the guys turned our to be perfect to fit plenty of bales in for the winter. With the nice weather, we waited until a few days ago to clean and bed our barn for winter, and just in time too with the storm that rolled in two days later. We celebrated Christmas on the farm and are still waiting on three of our girls to have their lambs. In the barn we also two very playful kittens that are quite the little chunks. We are still planning on doing our building renovations, remodeling our milk house and building a new and improved chicken coop, well have more updates in the next few months on that when we can break ground. We look forward to what the new year will bring and the challenges it may hold. Happy New Year to everyone.
